General information
Marmalade, opgericht door Yoshi Aesaert in 2013, met eerste vestiging te Gent (België). In hoofdzaak maakt het films voor de bioscoop en drama voor TV. Hun eerste productie, ‘De Ontsnapping’ naar het gelijknamige boek van Heleen van Rooyen, werd uitgebracht in de bioscoop op 30 april 2015.
Marmalade staat voor ‘verhalen voor een breed publiek’ en wil de kijker steevast blijven verrassen met frisse en dynamische fictie. Een uitgebalanceerde mix van ervaren en jong talent staat daarbij centraal. Deze sfeer is voelbaar van ontwikkeling tot pre-productie, van postproductie tot en met de uiteindelijke release.
Marmalade richt zich op fictie zowel voor TV alsook voor de bioscoop. Binnen het label Marmalade zijn dan ook 3 entiteiten terug te vinden: Marmalade TV, Marmalade Films en Marmalade Distribution.
