The bookstore is specialises in photobooks, contemporary artist's books, independent and self-publishing.
Artphilein Bookstore was born in 2013 from an idea of Caterina De Pietri, director of the De Pietri Artphilein Foundation – non-profit organisation that since 2006 has promoted contemporary art in all its expressions, focusing in particular on photography, philosophy and artist’s books.
